At Panhandle Blues we strive to breed the best of the best of the APBT. Our dogs are kept completely up-to-date with all
vaccinations and heartworm preventatives. We also guarantee that the pup that is purchased from us will be completely up-
to-date with all of its shots and dewormings upon arrival to you. All of our dogs are kept in a clean environment. As we
agree to give you a healthy dog when purchased from us, we realize there are some situations where there may be some
questions as to when a refund or exchange of a pup may be made.

COLOR: We breed primarily only the blue line, however we can not guarantee all pups to be born of a blue color. Any
color can be produced from any color or mix of colors when it comes to dogs. We also can not guarantee any certain type
of markings.

DEPOSITS: ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE! We can not guarantee a size of a litter. We will accept non-
refundable deposits for 3 female and 3 male pups prior to the birth of a litter. Picks will be decided on a first-come first-
serve basis. Any additional deposits sent to Panhandle blues will be considered for the additional pups in the order they
were received, but can not be guaranteed to a pup of that specific litter. The deposit will be held until after the whelping
has occurred. At Panhandle Blues, unlike most breeders, we will refund this deposit only in the instance that the slot you
paid for was not available due to the size of the litter, or it can be put towards a slot in the upcoming breeding. We feel that
it is not fair to accept money for a pup that never existed. Also, whether an actual deposit is put on a pup or not, 25% of
the total amount of the pup will be considered the deposit. All picks must be made by 6 weeks of age regardless if the pup
will be picked up at that time or not.

HEALTH AGREEMENT: Upon receiving your pup, we do recommend that you take your pup to your vet within 24-48 for a
basic check-up. We will provide you with a vaccination record to bring to your vet so they are aware of all prior
vaccinations. If there is anything to be found that labels your pup as having a life-threatening illness before 6 months of
age, Panhandle Blues will replace that pup (if a pup is available) or reserve you the same spot you paid for in an upcoming
breeding. We will need proof from a veterinarians office stating this as well. We will not refund any vet bills or shipping
costs. We will not however, replace a pup for having an illness that can be easily treated. Unfortunately it has been found
that APBTs have a higher risk of skin disorders and allergies, especially in the blue line. Most, if not all of these types of
disorders can be easily treated. We will also not replace a dog found to have any type of Mange. If a pup is returned to us
for any other reason, before 3 months, the amount refunded will be determined by Panhandle Blues, but will be
automatically less the amount of the deposit (25% the cost of the dog).

CARE OF YOUR PUP: At Panhandle Blues we would like to recommend to you that you keep your dog inside during certain
inclement weather or cold temperatures. These dogs are not meant to be outside dogs. All of our dogs are raised
completely indoors. They do have an outside pen for during the day on decent weather days. Giving these dogs lots of
attention and outside socialization is what prevents them have having an aggressive nature, as with any type or breed of
dog. This topic is important to us as we are trying to better the breed and stop the rumors of these dogs being considered
“ viscous “. APBT’s are the most loyal dog we have met and will do only to please their owner. Please take good care of
these dogs and treat them with love and respect and that is all you will receive in return from them. We do not breed or sell
for any type of fighting purposes at Panhandle Blues. By purchasing a dog from us you are agreeing to uphold the same
standards!! If an owner is found to be mistreating a dog bought from us, we reserve the right to take that puppy back into
our custody. It is also your responsibility as an animal owner to keep your dog up to date on all vaccinations.

SHIPPING: At Panhandle Blues we prefer not to have to ship a pup due to the stress it can cause on a young pup. Also
during the months of June-September there is a heat restriction for shipping animals as cargo on a plane. We are however,
willing to drive and meet a buyer for exchange of the pup. We charge $ .34/mile for a delivery charge. Please contact us if
you are interested in this and we can give you an estimate. If you prefer or require the shipment of a pup, we will ship a the
pup at the cost of an additional $250. This price includes the cost of airfare, crate, and health certificate required for
shipping. Total payment for a pup, including shipping charges, must be received by 6 weeks of age of the pup.

We ask of you by purchasing a dog from us is that if for some reason you are unable to care properly for your dog any
longer that you contact us before attempting to place your dog in a new home or humane society. By signing this
agreement you are required to contact us if this situation should arise. If you have found a new home for the pup we need
to be notified to approve of the new owner and get all their contact information before the dog is turned over to its new
owner. The dog can also be brought back to us for new home placement as well. We are more than just breeders, we care
a lot about every puppy that we produce.

We also would like to ask that if you are able to, we would love to keep in touch and follow the growth of your new puppy. If
you could send us pictures at about 6 months, 12 months, and 2 years, we would greatly appreciate it.
